Non-profit community functions           

·        The school house is available for non-profit community functions organized by residents and groups in Canoe Cove

·        All bookings/reservation are to be made in advance

·        There is no rental fee for the School but any donations are appreciated to cover operating costs

·        Functions such as charity fundraisers, showers, birthday parties, family gatherings and activity groups are included.

Other community functions

·        Fees are charged if financial gain is involved. Examples: Product demo/sales, entertainment event with cover charge, dance/music lessons.

·        Rate:

o       Half day $40.00 (4 hours)

o       Day $80/day

Non-resident functions

·        The School is available for rental to non-resident functions

·        All bookings/reservations are to be made in advance

·        Requests may be referred to CCCA for approval.

·        Rate:

o       Half day $40.00 (4 hours)

o       Day  $80.00

·        All equipment such as chafing dishes, percolators etc. are not to leave the School without permission from the contact person and the CCCA executive.

·        Alcohol is not permitted without a liquor license, obtained by the Rentee.

Reservations

The contact person for reservations will inform the CCCA monthly about the

reservations.  CCCA may change the guidelines.
